This is a complete new system of work and functioning of one taxi company which is for the first time used here, but also verified technique of work, since the manner of work is taken over from the company INTERFACOM, the oldest company in the world who is in business with taxi business. It has a wide range of possibilities, formt eh most fastest communication in between the Call Center and the taxi driver, until first class security of the client. Every taxi driver has an SIM card through which the communication has been done between the vehicle and Call center, and also the most modern GPS modul, where the employees in the Call Center in any moment have all the necessary information about the vehicle, driver and client: is the vehicle available or busy, where the vehicle is located whenever it is with a client or not, has anything happened to the vehicle, has the security been endangered – assault, impact, kidnapping – or everything is functioning steadily.
See How: at the display on the computer in the Call Center at the virtual map of the town lighted are green and red circles who present taxi vehicles. The green colored presents the vehicle who is presently available, and the red colored who is busy. That makes the communication between the vehicle and call center more visible. There are also „mini boxes“ with different colors (green, purple, beige, blue and pink) which mean individual requests and urgent cases, actually how urgently the Call centre needs to contact the taxi driver upon his call and what is his status with the client (has the drive been accepted or denied).
